The new Right to Buy Pilot Scheme was launched this September 2018 for Housing Association Tenants living in The Midlands. Applications are now closed and we do not expect any extended scheme to be available until some time in 2020.
Qualification will be in line with the existing scheme for Council Tenants, with a minimum tenancy of 3 years. Discounts will be calculated in exactly the same way, giving up to £80,900 off the value of your home.
